Outside/Porch wiring (bypass main on/off switch)?

On my 2002 Eagle my outside porch light has an on-off switch on it, but it is wired into the main circuit along with the inside lights and fan. Anybody know if its possible to rewire it so its on its own circuit, i.e. independent of the main switch? I want to be able to turn it on and off from outside, WITHOUT having to have the inside switch on.

Main switch turns off power to fuse panel. Find the fuse that the light is on and put in a fuse circuit sperate from the fuse panel. Trick set up that some one did here is a three way switch.
