Replacing back right window on Hawk.

Hi FWC folks on WTW!

we had our back right window blow out for who knows why, and need to replace it. Been searching the forums and not finding a 'How Too' on getting the window back into that rubber flange and what I need to remove.

Any links or help would be so appreciated!

Not super informative video. Hoping somewhere out there has actually replaced a fwc window.
