Roamin Chariot Pop up Camper Info?

I'm trying to learn more about Roamin Chariot Pop Up Campers - sized for a 4x8 bed. I have seen a lot of information on WTW and elsewhere online plus the brochures. I see them advertised as welded Aluminum frame - -but surprised frokproductuin pics with how much wood was used in the walls and roof. Does that mean maybe the frame will keep it together as the wood pieces disintegate? Would like to hear about experiences and discussion from former or current owners? Any way to tell the year bulit without a title? Options, versions, add-ons, upgrades, common repairs, good points, bad points, etc.?

I love my RC. Had it for a year. Built in 90s I believe; blue vinyl relatively new. Leak near roof hinge in front. Have not been able to stop it. Leaks in moving parts are tricky to stop. If any other RC owners have had this problem and solved it, I'd like to hear!
