Just in from a few days road trippin'. Fall colors are coming in.

First pic is of a lake campsite outside Telluride. No one else there....11212 feet elevation.

Next pic is of some accomodations I passed in the same area. I'll stick with my camper.

Last pic is just the usual scenery around here. Nice backyard.......

Hello MowerMan--

Didn't do any fishing, but there were lots of them jumping. That area is Alta Lakes, south of Telluride off of Hwy 145. Easy 4WD access. If there is a storm coming in I'd plan for snow. I got a dusting when I was there. It was in the high 20's overnight.

Let me know if you want any other advice for good camping spots.
