Showerheads

I have a 2018 Fourwheel Camper and I want to replace OME showhead that provides more pressure. OME has been more dribble than shower. Any suggestions?

Any chance the filter/screen in the hand piece is or the openings in the head itself are clogged? With the hand piece removed do you have good flow/pressure?

I used a drill to enlarge the holes in the plastic flow restrictor in the head and got much better results.
