original roof requires periodic maintenance - all penetrations caulked and roof coated
1 "skin" puncture -- tree limb thru the siding, front of camper on passenger side (covered; weathertight)
1 roof clamp partially pulling loose
some minor dents and scratches
vinyl canvas shows wear in the corners (12 years of raising and lowering of top) w/ some pinholes in drivers side front corner - duct taped; weathertight
some interior cosmetic blemishes
Generally good condition
