I have owned my Grandby for about 5 years and have made many improvements over the years. I love this camper however my small family (girlfriend and two dogs) have outgrown this unit and have put a deposit on a class B and would like to move my Grandby on to its next adventurer!

Major stuff I have done to the Grandby:

Plumbed for Wave heater with quick connect under sink
Iota battery converter/ agm charger
rivnut fasteners for top latches
top sealed with 3m 3200
LED lights inside/ rear spot lights
truckfridge 12v/ 110v compressor fridge
fantastic fan
repainted bottom wood section
replaced linoleum with engineered hard wood floor

standard features:

water heater
sink
couch/ bed thing (not roll over)
rear roof steps
yakima roof bars
fold out window
reico jacks
fiamma awning
outside shower

I have most of the paperwork from when it was new, I am the second owner.

The camper is not perfect but I have kept up with the maintenance on it. The vinyl sides are free of tears or major wear. The interior is clean, all the original upholstery and curtains are in great shape. No odors, excessive stains etc. Camper is located in Winchester VA about an hour and a half west of DC.

I brought my class B home over the weekend so that means I am more negotiable....price is OBO on the Grandby, anxious to get my class B build underway!

Open to offers! Would like to sell by the end of this month! I am moving out of a shop space I have rented for the last 3 years so space will be at a premium back at my house.

45.5" from floor to cab over
Sorry, I wasn't clear. Maybe I should have asked "How long is the cab over section"? As in, how long is the inside sleeping area before extending the bed?

Oh i'm sorry, that was my fault I see what you meant originally .... It's the later extended version not the short early overhang version.

Pick this guy up on your way to Expo East!

I am using the Wave heater in my class B build so price adjusted and then some! ... obviously the plumbing and the quick disconnect will remain part of the unit.
