Sticky FWC cabinet doors

We recently purchased a 2005 Eagle and 2 of the cabinets (1 over couch, the other long short cabinet under the sink) have door sliders that are really "sticky" to slide.

The upper cabinet above the couch will slide open both directions, but you have to strongly use 2 hands to "pull them apart" when closing, or the other side just goes with it. The doors of the lower cabinet (under the sink) are so sticky/stuck that they will only open an inch or two, making it completely unusable. With not a lot of storage space in an Eagle, its a bummer to lose these small storage areas.

Anyone have any tricks for making the cabinet door sliders work smoothly again? Thanks!

clean the grooves out, and rub a bar of soap on the wood (a mostly used thin bar). this works great on some antiques we have

Hello OTGM.
Looking at the photos it's hard to tell but could the wood have warped pinching the sliding panels? Cleaning like mentioned above worth looking at as ours started a little grinding which was salt that spilled.
