TC Insurance questions, my current provider, USAA, is not doing a good job

I also live in Ca and just added my new ATC to my policy. I was asked for the vin # but I told them that Ca does not require vin/registration for campers. My insurer settled for the ID #, year built, make, model # and purchase price. I was sent verification that it was added to my policy the same day.

Now they (Insurance company) say they will go with a bill of sale, fortunately the company says I can do it with a "Bill of Sale" to show ownership. What a pain...
