My daughter Hailey was just in Yellowstone and saw people within 15 feet of bison to take a picture. She also witnessed people walking onto the termal areas. These idiots ruin it for all of us !!!!!

Unfortunately, nothing new.

Back in the mid 60's, I recall seeing a mother holding her kid while standing next to a black bear dining at a roadside garbage can in Great Smoky NP so that her husband could get a photo of the magnificent wildlife.

Back in the 60s that was the thing to do in Yellowstone.
Then the park changed that and got rid of the bears that
got humanized and started the now program,no feeding the wildlife.

But there are some visitors that just don't see a problem getting
next to the animals for a photo.

Oh well.
