I talked with this guy, a shell, custom made for him, was like $8000. He posted it and had all sorts of people throwing cash at him from all over and he then realized he seriously underpriced it.

Score! I'm tempted to go down there and give it some elbow grease and re-market it for profit. Oh yeah, I have a real job, duh.

That's funny. I have been thinking the same thing lately. The prices for used FWC's keeps going up. I'm seeing prices for campers like our 2003 close to what we paid for it. Seems like one could make a living flipping FWC's just like flipping houses.

Did you buy your 03 FWC new or used?

O.H.,

Bought our Hawk new in '03. Options included extended bed, auxillary battery, furnace, three-way fridge, awning, screen door, rear wall steps, 4 corner jacks, water pump, and front slider. Pretty sure that is it. It was about 11k + tax and install, about 12.5 out the door. I have seen '03 Hawks with less options going for 8k+ now and they are selling.

About the Eagle, we might be able to do that this weekend. I'll pm you a contact number.

One day old posting for a 1999 shell at $2600.

The owner did not even know what model it was. Strange that it did not say on the side, but he was not the first owner.

12 year old camper at a couple thousand less than it would have cost new. These things are selling like boats.
