I am on the one in NC...tha K you for posting this! I am trying to determine if the FWC Eagle will fit in my Tacoma with a 5 ft bed. Anyone have experience with this? This is my first truck camper purchase. I am trying to make sure center if gravity lines up.

I called FWC about this very thing (larger camper for my 6ft bed.) They told me it's not recommended.

Good to hear. I would have been all over this a month ago, and probably bought a truck to put under it. I went through same thing and almost got a used grandby for my ram 2500. Instead, I put a deposit on a new Hawk.

As far as your Tacoma 5ft bed, I believe you would want a Swift/Finch, but I'd look around the forum more for tacos and camper combos, and maybe even call FWC.
