Purchased from factory in Woodland CA in 2014. We're asking $18,000. Unit includes front dinette, cassette toilet (a great invention), two batteries, 100 watts of solar on roof, fantastic fan, rear over-door awning, two burner cooktop, mechanical jacks, 80 liter 12v compressor fridge, furnace, Yakima tracks on roof, rear wall steps, exterior led lighting package, 20 gal freshwater tank, and two propane tanks. We did not opt for a water heater or outside shower, preferring additional space for stowage. We paid $22,260 in 2014. The unit has no damage other than some cosmetic rubbing marks from drain hose hidden by bed rails of truck box. Replacement cost today is nearly $24,000. Unit was built with an additional inch of clearance for larger Ford Super Duty trucks, but it will work on any short box truck. We're also selling the 2013 Ford Super Duty F-350 crew cab short box truck - 6.2 liter gas. For an additional $27,000 (total $45,000) buyer can drive the matched set away. Check out photos on Craigs List Eugene.

I'm wondering if there's a typo, or an engine swap. The ad says diesel, but 6 cylinders. I believe the 7.3 V8 was the only diesel option for 2002.
If I recall, at one time Ferd offered a Cummins in their medium duty trucks, but not the 250s and 350s. Being a 550 this may be the case

I tried to find anything that suggested a Cummins being offered that year, but the specs came back with just the 7.3L PowerStroke, but then I may not have hit the magic combination that showed all the specs. Regardless, that is an interesting setup, and someone is going to get what seems like a reasonably good deal for that kind of capability.
