What am I missing? Seems like a fair deal. Squared door so at least 10 years old. Are Granby models more valuable?

If it is in good shape, age doesn't matter. It looks to be fully loaded. I bought a 15 year old Puma/Grandby 2 years ago... bare shell that needed some work for $4K and drove from Calgary to Albuquerque to get it and I think I got a good deal.
