Velcro for cold weather pack

My Grandby was delivered without cold weather pack installed because it was on back order. I received the cold weather pack in the mail some weeks later. The Grandby has the Velcro along the sides but there is no Velcro on the front or back. Is this correct? I know the cold weather pack should be tucked behind the lift panels, but shouldn't there be some Velcro along the front and back on either side of the lift panels?

There's no front or back velcro on my Eagle, but there was velcro included when I received my thermal pack. I didn't use it, though.

Yup, just tuck it behind. It looks as though there should be velcro right to the lift panel at least, but their isn't. It will stay well enough in place without it.
