Which battery system would be better?

I wanted to reach out for advice between these two battery systems. Or if you have a better recommendation for the money, I'm all ears.

Mighty Max Batteries (SLA/AGM type):
(QTY 2) 12V, 125AH in parallel to yield a total of 250AH. $500 total
(QTY 2) 6V, 200AH in series to yield a total of 200AH. $440 total

I am leaning toward the 12V batteries for the extra AH, but also because if one goes down, I can still use the remaining one by itself. I am assuming I could also use it to startup my truck if the truck battery ever dies.

Size and weight would be a factor if you can handle them and does space allows.

I like your reasons for two 12v batteries.
