Changed the design and once the build is finished I'll post some pics.
Due to moving house and shop it got a bit delayed.

The design changed from a soft sided top to a hard sided top.
It's clam-shell design.
All composite.

The build on the actual cabin is progressing nicely and I will post pics soon.

Very cool, I really like the idea of no soft sides.

Marc, thanks for sharing. That looks great. I think I'd like to see the side windows in a different shape so it looks more fitting while in the down mode... but I don't know what shape that would be.

I would actually prefer a little bit of "soft side" if it meant that the entire roof would move upward providing a full level roof as opposed to the current slanted design. The slanted design always seemed so cramped to me on other rigs (vans).
