    Plus 1 on the scarf and sister combined....use CPES or west system epoxy I'm looking for a structural rigid foam to use in situation such as this....no luck yet.. But.....there is a expanding foam with more strength than wood....I had a documentation line going for repairs to the curve...

    Tape comes in all shapes and thicknesses...I'd go with two lines of 1/8" tape under the gutter then a seal of urethane in the top of the joint of the gutter to the top. keeping in mind...urethane is a good, flexible seal but all the movement you get with Alaskans....check it regularly...a bead...

    This is one of those spots where butyl sealant really pays....double line and top caulking should keep you dry

    The gold is an " owner upgrade" Brown was too ....regular Bowinkle would be prows to wear them

    Testors works great......white, gold or brown, green and red Fine brush....not after coffee You'll have to clean them up and refresh after about 5 years or so depending on the amount of UV exposure Take your time..... I did the antlers gold just because....

    Keep you bags at around 35# then with the camper....100 psi or so.... I use 120# when loaded

    Cute ......(;-) Now you'll need some led lights in those utility bays......you'd be surprised how dark they get when your trying to find something.....there should be an additional 12v plug coming off the trailer lanyard

    4" pattern siding is difficult to find....in the late 90's Alaskan went to a 3" pattern....for what reason?????? The 73 I was working on needed some of the very repairs you're talking about...ssooooo...I found a donor for free....drove a very long way....brought her home and disassembled...

    I don't know how the aluminum beds are going to affect the happijack install....it was drilled through the forward wall of the bed in prior versions....hopefully they'll have something for the new aluminum beds....maybe give them a call?
