It is just the caulking. We purchased directly from FWC in Woodland, it's just a pain to get it to them and there service department is probably backed up a few weeks. I guess I will need to contact them. :(

How far back is yours from the front edge to the top of your windshield? I was thinking about moving mine forward a little bit but I'm afraid if I get to close to windshield air might go under it and flip it up.

I used all the Yakima provided mounting hardware that comes with deflector, Q-towers and round bar. Just like shown in this video install.

52" Yakima air deflector installed. I already had bar and towers. Not sure it makes any wind noise difference but I assume it does and might slightly be more aerodynamic. :)

I think I remember being told on walk around if I want to charge off of shore power the master power switch needs to be off are you doing that? I don't think that explains the fuse blowing issue.
