RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Refrigerator Question

Hi guys , been a while. the question I have is a tad off topic though the Dometic RM2310 in my camper takes 24 hours to really get cold and is fastest on propane. My question is has anybody run there small Fridges using an inverter while on the road, as the pilot shuts down due to the vent...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Tundra front Rotors

I think the weight of the 07 is a tad more, but emergency braking with mine is no issue what so ever. Thx for your input.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Tundra front Rotors

Thanks Ronin. I had thought of just turning the Rotors but was under the impression that for the difference in cost going with new ones is/was the way.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Tundra front Rotors

Thanks so much for that Info. Every time I have changed the Rotors I have changed out the pads. I know this doesn't mean the pads are not at fault. I could just change out the pads without the rotor to test that issue but once everything is apart why not go all the way. I will give this some...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Tundra front Rotors

I have owned a 2007 Tundra which I purchased in that year. During that time I have hauled 3 different Travel Trailers and now have a Pop up Camper permanently installed the weight being about 1500 lbs. Problem I have are the rotors which warp very easily. After having gone through 3 sets over...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West New fwc ?!

I agree with Coldwater. You will have to move the truck. I don't believe there are any Jacks that will lift that high and if there was I would be wary in lifting the camper that high anyways.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Flooring type

Hi there guys.....I am redoing the flooring in the bathroom of my 98 Sun Lite. It was carpet before ( can't believe they would do it ) and lately the toilet was leaking while flushing it out. So I ripped the smelly carpet out and found the seal had given up the ghost. I am looking at vinyl but...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Hawk Water leak

You know what ....try taking the whole lens off and see what going on behind it or underneath......if you can and if the base is cracked change it out if you can find the same replacement. They are not expensive. And when reinstalling seal around the base of it and taking it from there.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Removing floor on older Granby? To do or not.. or try

Personally..... switching to your platform and acquiring 3 1/2 inches wouldn't be worth it to me and you possibly could be opening a can of worms removing the ply that is there unless its screwed on. Your call. Good luck with it

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Air suspension needed?

I have a 2007 Tundra ( 1/2 ton) and added a leaf to carry my 8ft 1200 lb 89 Sunlite. Its been on the truck for a year no problems. I think you would be fine with your F 250.

Another thought, though its for unfindable roof leaks like I had, is Geocel ProflexRV!! Found what I couldn't find. No leaks since.
