PRICE DROP, now asking $7,500.

this is a 2009 FWC Hawk shell model ("Hawk" stickers replaced with glow in the dark "VULTURE" stickers). it has the extended sleeping area, electronic vent fan, mechanical jacks, removable front window, 10' yakima tracks, towers and bars. with delivery and installation and yakima bars, paid about $10k. it's in very good condition and only has 40 nights of rest in it. minor scratches on interior from gear and normal use and some bush scratches on exterior from back roads driving, as any FWC ought to have. i intended to build out the shell model to my needs, but now we're going down the path of a new home construction project that necessitates sale of the camper. it's been an excellent camper for us and i'd like to see it go to a good home on the range.

the camper is in reno, nv. i can meet someone within a few hundred miles and am happy to help with installation on it's next truck, or perhaps something can be arranged at the local FWC facility if needed.

cheers,
Mark McD

Hi Mark,

Not looking for a camper but couldn't help but notice your ad. Specifically the "vulture" name. We passed you and waved to each other on 395 in Reno last winter. got a kick out of the renamed camper sticker. Sorry to hear you have to part with your camper but you will likely find a good home here on WtW. Good luck with your new project.

thanks Ted! i've wondered if folks in the know have wondered about the "vulture" model. it's a sweet camper and deserves lots of use.

see you in the mountains.

It looks like the camper is in great condition.

The new owner should be happy with it.

:)

thanks Stan,

i've done my best taking care of it in my 2 years with it. it's held up very well to travels around in NV, UT, CO, OR, AZ, and CA. it's definitely a well made and functional rig. if i weren't going over the deep end with a new home construction project, i'd be happy to keep on keepin' on with it. as it is, i won't even claim weekend warrior status for the foreseeable future. it's all good though, new challenges with home construction are kind of fun.
