I took measurements from a 2010 Tundra and a Ford this morning. It appears the width at the tailgate is 60 1/4 inches on both trucks. There are two eyes on the Tundra that must be unbolted to clear a 60 inch wide camper, see picture. The side depth is 22 1/2 inches on both the Tundra and Ford, Cab height is 21 3/4 and 22 1/2 above the front rail respectively.
I would not build a camper based on these measurements. To be safe, measure for yourself. However, I believe 2010 Tundra, Ford and Dodge will all accommodate 60 inches wide campers.
