Anyone ever see one of these?

Yes, I've seen one of those in my town, now and then for several years, so it must live here.
I've always thought, "Huh -- another kind of pop-up...".
But I never knew what it was.
 
Wasn't some of the original Tiger vehicles made in Colorado? I believe early on they were made by some original FWC people when the company was still in Colorado. Or made by a group that split off from FWC. I can't remember the story exactly. But when you look at the inside of that camper the lift panel looks exactly like the older FWCs.
 
They are great rigs. There were a few that were made with the AWD Astro Vans. I'd give some serious thought to one of those if it was in decent shape.
 
One of our own, LQHikers had one custom made a number of years ago if I recall correctly. I think they have moved on to another brand of pop up since.
 
They were also built on 2wd Astro vans. "Suntinez" on Expi had one. She now has one based on a Ford F-250 4wd cab & chassis.
There's nice example of one on a 4wd GM pick-up chassis in Jarbidge, NV.
