Thanks for the report.

That area -- the Chihuahuan Desert in west Texas -- is really cool and different.


But I have to admit that the only time I visited that area (Big Bend NP, mostly) I flew

to El Paso (from Oregon) and rented a car...so it wasn't the kind of camping I like, but it was a great visit anyway.
