Bottom of Fleet camper (near door) peeling

The bottom part of my 2011 Fleet camper, underneath the door, is starting to crack/peel.
Any suggestions as how to fix, and with what? See attached pictures.



Also, the rubber seal by the fridge control panel is coming lose. Any suggestions for replacement?

The fridge access hatch is the easier one, the rubber seal should slide back over the hinge. If not amazon has the whole panel for $80. Now the harder problem is the aluminum is pitting, I had the same problem on my 2008 Eagle as long as the floor is still level and isn't rotting I suggest removing the screws and lower trim drying out the affected areas and resealing with either 3M 5200 or 4000 UV. If the screws are the self tapping type do not reuse as these will not grab securely back into the wood and should be replaced. When resealing be very liberal with the adhesive sealent make sure that no water can get into that area. I'll post photos of my repair when I get off work.
