Electrical problems! Help

Woke up this morning and my parking lights, all the lights on my flatbed and my exterior driving lights on the camper were on. The headlights were off when I went to bed. Someone mentioned issues with trailer harness and lights staying on. Anyone have any ideas? Does anyone know any mechanics in the Bay Area who specialize in electrical issues?
