First camping trip since buying the Granby

After picking up my Granby at the end of March, I finally was able to go Camping down at the beach June 7th. at Spinreel campground just south of Winchester Bay, Or. the pic below is I'm loaded and ready to go.. had to use my "wood getter truck" as the main truck needed new tie rod ends and was not ready....

All in all was a good trip no issues with the camper and no other issues.. Other then the wood truck is painfully slow on the highway.

We enjoy the dunes as well. Usually there is a group of us that hang at Driftwood near Florence on and off in the winter.

nice I have reservations there the end of August.. I usually hit Spinreel, Driftwood and Winchester each year.

Thanks for the pictures. Over the many years we have enjoyed the dunes along the Oregon cost.
I use that same step stool to get into the camper. But I cut the "bar" off at the top and replaced with 3/4" pvc to keep the top from tripped on while going in or out. Works great and doesn't effect the strength.

good idea.!
have to look at that. on my "normal" truck I use, that bar is actually below the bottom edge of the door frame.
