Front Receiver
My local welding shop that fabricated the other items installed the front receiver. Cost around $110 with the receiver.

I saw Idaho Ron's awhile ago and modified mine to look like his. I have had a bike on the front, however the mid-size truck is too small so it blocks drivers view, so its best just for the Hi-Lift jack and shovel. And positioning small trailers with short wheel bases..

I carry two bikes on the front (below bumper hitch), I've had no issues, with the lower hitch, I have good visibility and no headlight problems. The reason I'm replying here, I have noticed a significant reduction in gas mileage verses the bikes on the back.
