Has anyone heard anything about FWC moving away from the center pole for the dinette table to a lagun-style side mounted table?

I live about 10 miles from the mailing address that they give on the website. I sent them an email to see if I could take a look at one.

Here's the email:

I'm interested in a Lagun Style Table Pedestal Set. Would I be able to come look at one, I'm in Albany.
Thanks, Jim

Sorry we only have an online store and our warehouse is located in Missouri

Not much help... I too, would be interested to hear if anyone one the list has any experience with this setup. I also would like the link to the "higher quality" Lagun Table. The one I have is no longer working.

Jim

Sorry, getting a little off topic.

Truck Camper Magazine did an article on FWC's Self Contained model a couple of months back. You can see the table in the photos that accompany the article.

Interesting! They switched to the Lagun style. The picture that I took above, was taken back in early August this year while I was the Woodland factory. I just assumed that was their new table.

The article quoted shows pictures of both tables. I really hate our "old style" table as it takes up so much floor space right where our feet go. Want to switch to something better but can't swallow the price of the Lagun, especially because I then need to have it cut down, etc. Wonder what FWC is charging for this new table?

Well...since they charge $235 for a screen door, I bet they charge a lot more than Lagun does for a Lagun-quality table system.

FWC changes the pricing on campers and options (Like the car companies) and I understand, you try running a small business right now.

The Dinette is a $500 option (at the moment, I think) may or may not include the new swivel table.

Maybe if I could keep up with all the improvements and changes, I wouldn't have to ask Stan so many questions.

Stan :D ,

One last Q. Ha ha! What are the options on interior colors? Nothing on the site.

I like the Maple wood (don't say Birch) I like the tan fabric (tan the color of dirt)

What are the other options? On counters? Flooring? Frame walls?

Thanks, Sam
