hawk shell ideas?

hi again

just killing some time poking around here and figured i would poke around here for a bit. been getting lots of great pictures here but figured i would try for a few more

just about ready to tackle a counter and shelving for my hawk shell and was hoping people could put in their pictures of what they have done

my shell has the furnace and propane cabnet, and the couch (2002) i am thinking of extending the counter all the way to the front wall and directly below that building a shelf the exact size for a row of milk crates and then some more shelving and storage below it, no doors more 'open concept'

anyone have any pictures they want to show off?

here is what i ended up with

put a little shelving together yesterday and thought i would post a few pictures...

total cost = 0

my friend had an extra sheet of 3/4 oak plywood he donated to the cost

i wanted something simple that didn't crowd the inside, used some scraps to trim down the flooring

all in all i am very happy, bottom shelves hold 2 milk crates a piece

decided to put the table infront of the furnace box seems to be working well there too without getting in the way or always having to be moved around.

also screwed in a little brass eyelet so i can bungee the couch back back, stays put now

I started with a shell and propane like you and decided to just add a sink w/ cabinet. I wanted to be able to wash hands, etc, but also wanted the extra space of no counter/cabinets. This is what I ended up with:

really happy with things and have continuted to tweak it a little bit.

one note i will add is that i absolutely love having a hawk on my longbox truck... the storage under the upper bed is priceless for me. given the option i don't think i would trade for the same unit in 'granby'
