I would definitely recommend the silver spur interior shell upgrade. I think the darker looks better. Here are the most recent pics, including my rollover couch. I also added some interlocking floor padding from costco and home depot carpet to the floor. Much warmer and easier on the knees.

That forward mount fold over couch bed is an excellent idea.....we have used a similar method in our Hawk shell.

The upper bonk can hold small totes and one person very nicely while the early riser is down below ready to start the coffee.

Versatility is the best solution for extended travel in these compact campers.......
