How bad are these signs of leakage?

I am considering buying a 1997 Hallmark. It seems to be in overall in decent shape, and I found no obvious problems in structure but I did find some black streaking in certain parts of the interior popup material. I am wondering from the experts here, based on these photos, how big of a problem do we have here?

Yikes! It may have just been stored wet and not have any real leaks to speak of, but finding out if that's the case would be difficult. I think I'd pass on this one.

Thanks for the reply. I also heard back from the fine folks at Hallmark and they also agreed this one was a YIKES!

If you're leaning toward a Hallmark, try to go with an 08 or later if you can afford it (can get one in good shape for about $15K). The composite roof/side material is leak proof, and it's easy to inspect that vintage for damage. Another option that may be significantly cheaper is to get an older one that's had a new roof put on.
