Since I am rather attentive when detailing the wife's car...
I went with the products that I've used for years. Except, never considered them for bug removal.
Pinnacle Wax Paint Cleansing Lotion...
...on a Magic Eraser. (Thx Old Crow! I had a package sitting on the shelf).
After wetting down the leading edge, I simply applied a bit of lotion to the eraser and the bugs came off effortlessly.
After washing, rinsing and drying, I applied a light coat of CANUBA wax.
I did purchase some FLUID FILM. However, since I removed the wax with the cleansing lotion, I applied wax rather than the FF.
