I drove to the Upper Muley Twist TH (not just to the view point) two years ago. It was slow going because of a few big rocks and dips, but not overly crazy. The hike is amazing!

Yup..2020 we did the same....that narrow canyon was very cool driving in and of course the view from the Comb was outstanding....we did not stay the night then....hopefully we will this time....

Not to get giddy...but temps Tuweep and Big Water up....20 degree swings [80-60] but no real precipitation...seems we may have a shot at Whitmore on 4/21...Tuweep 4/24-5/1 and then Smokey on 5/2....LHCR is still very much a TBA....snow melt and runoff in that canyon could be significant and no telling road damage...hey, that is why it is called an adventure!
