New FWC hawk furnace not working in cold

When the furnace fails to turn on, remove the outer cover. You will need to remove the chrome cover(exhaust) first, because it covers up a screw from the main cover. Once that is removed, you will see a printed circuit board with a diode to the bottom left of the board. This diode should be flashing a code and this will tell you which fault is occurring at the time.

1 flash= low voltage
2 flashes=ignition failure
3 flashes=open high limit
4 flashes=stuck APS
5 flashes=module fault

If the diode is not flashing, check the circuit breaker switch just below the circuit board. It sits sideways so it is hard to see. It may be in the off position. If so, turn it to the on position. If not, rock it to the off position, then back to the on position. Test the unit again by inserting the exhaust then, go inside and try to fire up the unit. Hopefully this does the trick.

Probably not your problem, but my Hawk Furnace was intermittent for awhile; i.e. sometimes wouldn't work. Finally it completely died and I found an open circuit on the thermostat.

I circled the open on the attached picture.
