November 2009 Trip to the Alabama Hills

The Lady & I are very excited about getting our new camper from All Terrain, completing the interior, and getting it ready for the road. The Lady is already dreaming, planning, figuring where we should go on the maiden voyage. This brought back memories of our first trip and our entry into pop up camper adventures. We realized the story of this event was not up on our blog. We have corrected that error.

I enjoyed this one Ski, that area is one that I know little about, despite, all the posts from WTW/FWC members and other friends over the years. One day I may have to make the effort to do so, but there is just are so many wonderful places out there that deserve a visit---and it seems so little time to do it all! But we can try-right?

Enjoyed your "old" shakedown report.
What is our fascination with "erosion" ? ie. the canyons we visit,the vast cliffs of Hodos,all the wonderful eroded lands and the fantastic colors.
Boy ain't nature great.
Hope you can get a shakedown in before winter sets in this year,or maybe go to some warmer areas.
