Oregon Backcountry Discovery Route

The OBDR is pretty popular with motorcycle riders (adventure riders), but I don't see very much about 4x4 vehicles doing the route. Anyone familiar enough to know if it is too narrow or overgrown for a full-size truck (Super Duty)? I'm interested in Route 5 from California to Washington. Thanks.

I have been on many parts of the route on my KLR 650...pretty sure the truck would be fine.
I am planing to do it with my Tacoma & camper some time...
