On the wrong side of the mountains!
You know it's going to be a long day!

This shouldn't take long.

I plow my drive and our 3/10 mile long neighborhood road when it snows.

View from the tractor cab when blowing snow at night.

Post what you've got!

We usually get a lot of snow and cold weather, but this year has been pretty easy on us. I only had to do minor shovelling 2X.

The funny thing is places that normally don't get the snow and cold weather seem to be getting hit hard this year.

Your dog seems to like to enjoy your work :)

Same for us. Other than a few (really!) cold days, winter has been mild. Can't remember as many rain/ice events in a winter as this year. Snow has been pretty scarce. Not that I'm complaining...

Currently live in an apartment for a reason, snow removal consists of brushing off the truck.

Winter is a little more fun when you get to move snow using a front loaders and full size snow blowers. Granted when you get one stuck winter gets a lot less fun...

Also keeps you safe when some kids think they are Ken Block (Rally car racer and stunt driver) come around the corner sideways and in the wrong lane.

Note: I wasn't the one driving the loader and everybody was OK. Other than the 2016 Audi A5 which was more than likely totaled.

Yup...blizzard...here in the fun Nor'east. ... 30" inseam pretty much measured this one... mostly 24" but bigger drifts. We have a 850 foot driveway... and one needs to take the top 12-18" off first then clean up that pass.... then take a half width on all the rest of the passes... luckily the stuff was small dense flakes...very heavy but not wet at is was 9 degrees. All in all I was lucky not to have sucked up downed tree branches...no PTO shaft shear pins broken! The Ides of March.

Jealous of all the snow! Seems like we didn't even have winter this year. Just got 4" out of the last clipper. Cold this morning but back to the 50s this weekend. :(

Hey there used to have a Yanmar then 10 years ago I got this Kubota L3500 (35 hp) power steering finally but a manual transmission so must stop to change gears. Not hydrostatic auto. It has been a fantastic tractor. I do logging with it with logging winch on the back, brush hog , scraper blade and the blower. The blower is a hurricane but not made anymore. I've had it 23 years and bought it used..it has taken a beating with all dirt roads. It is only 5 feet wide but that is actually better than 6 at 35 HP. I have logging chains on...heavy double ring. The front loader is very helpful.

Takeiteasy I would gladly send all mine to you if I could. This was the tenth storm. It has messed with our sugaring season and will have to see next week if we get a second run. I got enough on the first but just can't stop!

Thanks buckland!

takesiteasy, last week we had snow, this week it is warm spring weather. We are sleeping with the bedroom windows open. Saw the first robin Monday evening.

Ski don't get to used to it.
