Does anyone know what the psi rating is for the electric water pump in the Grandyby and Hawk models? I'm wanting to attach my Eccotemp L5 hot water shower to the outside shower. From what I remember I'll need something like 20-35 psi for the shower. Also I understand the outside shower hookup is some sort of quick release attachment like for a compressor hose. Is there a way to adapt it to fit a regular hose fitting? The L5 has a male threaded hose attachment on the bottom. I need to figure this out before I order my camper.
Thanks, Dan.

The Shurflo is something like 25 to 30psi max. (low flow). Look at manufacturer's pump curve (i.e. 12psi at 1.5gpm). Why not just pick up fittings and hose at a RV store and make yourself a hose to connect your Eccotemp to the camper? should work fine.

Keep in mind yours may not be same as mine. No idea if they still use the same model but my shower threads on.

In answer to 100acrehuphalump's original question about the quick-connect on the current exterior shower, yes, there is a way to adapt it to a garden hose fitting.

This adapter fitting and other Spray-Away compatible products (coiled hoses, etc) are available from:
