I can barely sit in it with the top down

I'm 6' tall and if I slouch a little, or lean forward (for instance when loading up for a trip) it's no problem. I can sit up straight, but my head rubs the top slightly. It's not uncomfortable, but I'm sure my hair oil would leave stains if I did it too much.
