Replacement for Camper Faucet w/pump?

I've got a 1994 Sun-lite Skyhawk DX slide-in/pop-up camper. The faucet needs to be replaced and I'm hoping someone here can recommend a product.

The current faucet is a J & C Water Systems Dual Flow Water Pump. There are OEM replacement available for this faucet and a couple of similar items, but I was hoping for something more modern and efficient. There are a couple of considerations with this faucet. It has to be short, there is only about 4" of room above the sink when the top is all the way down. And it has to be able to handle water from the shore line and it has to be able to pump water from the reservoir. I'm attaching a couple of pics in case that helps.

is this just a cold water faucet or both? What's the size of the hole in the counter top?

After a bit of searching, I see it's a manual water pump/faucet combination with two inputs-- one from the water tank and one from the city-water line. All the ones I'm finding online have a handle so I assume the top photo was taken with the handle removed or broken off. I think we can see the circular opening for it on the right side of the photo.

To get tank water, you raise the handle and move it back and forth to pump water from the tank. When you're hooked up to city water, you rotate the handle down to open a valve to permit the (pressurized) city-water to flow. Down fully for continuous flow (hands-free!) operation.

Connections are 3/8" barbed hose connection for the water tank and 1/2" male pipe thread for the city-water side.

Now made or distributed by Zebra RV as the Zebra R3700. Available in black, polar white, and colonial white.

Amazon suggested a possible alternative.. the Leisure Components 131-5 (the two-way version). However, I'm not sure that's an improvement over the old one, either for style or function. If we can believe the comments, that one does not allow city-water to flow continuously-- there's no hands-free setting.

Unless you're willing to do some plumbing and electrical work to install an electric water pump, I think I'd just replace the original. particularly if you were OK with it when it worked.

@Vic - Cold water only. The hole is about 2"
@Old Crow - Yes, the little pump handle was broken off when I got it. I've never used the sink or faucet. The guy I bought it from (original owner) said he never used it either, probably because he broke the pump handle. He said he just carried a water container and poured it into the sink as needed. I'm looking to clean out the water tank and line and get the water system running like it was meant to be used.

I think I'll go with the OEM version of the faucet.
