I’m not sure if it’s just me, but…

It seems that since larger companies like Dometic and Lippert are buying up the smaller companies, there are more complaints about the quality of the surviving products.

Anyone else seeing this?

I would say yes. Wha tI've seen is lack of customer service too from those companies.

The bigger the company, the more they are separated from their actual customers. Product quality and customer service decline. Pride in producing a great product is replaced by pride in their bottom line.

i have a large dometic chest type fridge/freezer, and am very happy with it. ability to monitor through phone is handy.
