Where is the camper suppose to rest? On the sides of the bed or on the bottom of the bed?
The reason I ask is on my camper the brackets that they put on for the jacks are kind of an angle iron that seams like it will dig into the top of the sides of my bed.
Thanks

Definitely the bottom. I put a couple of layers of sill-seal foam on the top of my side rails to prevent the overhang from rubbing on the top. In addition, I drilled through the seat and through the top of the side rail on each side to bolt the camper to the truck. (Not sure I would attach it this way if my truck wasn't a '97 Dodge with a beat up body.) If you don't attach the camper to the truck in some manner it will move in the bed. Not a good thing.
