I popped the top. Mostly to check for leaks, we've had some fierce wind driven rain lately and also to do a bit of pre spring cleaning. I found a bit of moisture by the door, nothing to worry about, no musty smell. Straightened up, vacuumed, checked the tie downs. Found this. Glad I didn't pay today's prices

The good news is that you probably can sell it for about what you paid for the Hawk. I am in my third Grandby and I have sold the last two with a profit and I expect when I am ready to upgrade again in couple of years, I am not going to loose much, maybe even make a profit again.
