support strut?

got this back from the dealer like this,sure was not like that when i took it there, been setting up and breaking down every day living on the beach,straight and level.
does this look normal????

by the way it pulls the passenger side in way too tight and the drivers is further out, so lower seal does virtually nothing

Can you adjust the roof latches?
Maybe some are not as tight as others.

The sides seem misaligned vertically and, perhaps, fore & aft. i’d check with factory service for an informed opinion on next step.

If the passenger side strut is bottoming out before the weather strip seal is compressed by the roof, then it will leak. Unless your roof is tweaked, it appears the struts are not spaced/mounted properly.
