OMG !!!! That looks incredible. Do you have a link to the recipe? The bacon weave looks pretty straight forward but I am curious about cooking temps and times. Thanks.

Looks yummmmy! What is that other creation made with duck, turkey and Ham (?)-truducken or something like that, add that bacon and what what that be other than yummmmmx2!!

You guys are all fixed on bacon.Next year you should make it a point to come to Monterey and attend the "bacon,blues and brew" festival.This year was it's first seemed to be a big hit.I think it was Sept or Oct.
Bacon wrapped turkey...yumm.How about instead on bacon using some great Iberico ham,now thats a treat.
