This is what I woke up to

120 year old maple tree just gave up last night and went on top of my truck and camper.
Just some small dents and a tiny puncture on the old Alaskan.

Wow! Looks like the tough old Ford and Alaskan will live to see another couple decades. Most other things would have crumpled under the impact/weight of that tree.
 
Sorry to see and hear about that. Trees get pretty heavy! A few months ago similar happened to a fellow on a fishing forum I'm on. He was lucky too. 300 yo oak just missed the house and hit a carport with his boat in it. The boat got minor damage but the carport was trashed. It's good to get lucky. We've lost several trees this year but all have been down in the woods away from the house thankfully. I hope you get it all sorted out soon. You should have plenty of firewood for next winter.
 
As for the puncture wound in it how would you guys go about fixing it? I was thinking about filling it with bondo and then painting it.
