Truck camper fiberglass countertop

We are looking for a company to fabricate a fiberglass or another material counter top that is very lightweight for a build we will be doing to our FWC Hawk shell - any ideas out there ? If it has a molded sink even better? Not sure if I can order a counter from FWC and how light would it be?

I watched craigslist for a while and while it's not light, it's very functional and waterproof. I think it is 1/4" corian. I didn't have much countertop in my Eagle so I probably added 10-15lbs over the original fiber/plywood top that had gotten wet and swelled/disintegrated.
