Has anyone used 1 1/2" high density blue rigid insulation as a stand alone platform for their Pop up? It seems pretty stout, I would be using it as a platform under a Pop up less than a 1k lbs.

Yes, I did use it under my Ute XL (heavier than you will be) and found it compressed very slightly as has been reported by others in other forums, but I do not think you will have any problem.

This is a great way to get some additional clearance as well as increased insulation.
One note to consider there are a variety of different densities that you can buy. Most are sold in the 150 range (150 pounds PSI ?) but you can also find the higher 250 density as well.

I believe the 150 psi which is what our local ly stocks will be sufficient. My camper is an eagle, weight is <1k
