That seems like a reasonable deal. Get the sides and boards replaced (maybe $3-$4k total at FWC or ATC) and you have a solid FWC.

I have a local friend whose been shopping preowned class B Van's, particularly Chinooks. He saw one last week for $25K, contacted the seller immediately but it was already gone. Same rig popped up on Craigslist last night for $35K. I have no doubt a lot of RV's are being snapped up fast if selling for what many would view as a reasonable price and then flipped. May be more prevalent with the conventional RV's than with FWC or ATC though.
